Too much favoritism and politics, if if your not in that group, depending on your perspective in front of management your day to day can become really difficult to just go to office and do your job. 3. You have to be ready to work with difficult people who might belittle you or bring your old personal problems you had mentinoed as a reason to take a leave. so don't repeat my mistake. 4.
