Nothing, office premises is big, so when you have a mental breakdown because of your manager who harassed you. You go to the balcony or someplace else in the amber office premises to hide your pain from HR and your manager. Because once they see it, they will harass you more behind the beautiful meeting rooms with a title help.

Hideous company with pathetic values. HR here is the most dangerous. My senior was harassed by a man and a woman, both publicly, in a meeting full of 15 people. HRs did nothing. and still, they do nothing to help other women who get harassed. Instead, they promote the one who did it. Brand managers and other senior managers openly admit they have the power to do so and justify their actions of verbal abuse. They support incompetent employees who invite them to their home party. The toxic family culture among senior management is so hideous. And people who support it are more stupid. Just for the promotion, money, and projects. What's sad to see is that employees here worship these kinds of dangerous managers and promote harassment and verbal abuse. if you're looking for a place to grow and learn. Don't join. you would have to fight for every project and work you deserve. but in the end, brand managers' favourites will get the work. and you'll just have to hide in washrooms or balconies to cry your heart out....Read More
