Well like every company there are ups and downs the main thing I was disappointed at start was maintaining goals which was quite hard tbh when I was sme for new batches I saw many freshers struggling because of this and apet from that I think you have to get use to business requirements

managers have no hands on experience about the things entry or level 2 associates go through. they only care about metrics & the time you spent on the desk.. this mf called nikhil grpm was the most half assed dimwitted person I've ever seen. he promises you that you won't have to pay any buyout if you wish to resign and then later slaps you with a 30,000 paycheck that you'll have to pay over a duration to extort a relieving letter from his bU!tt. this is the case with most of the managers for CS india/NA/UK,etc. your team leader will keep annoying you if you aren't productive even in graveyard shifts. your health is definitely on stake. DO NOT JOIN VCS IF YOU HAVE FURTHURE EDUCATION PENDING AND HAVE OTHER JOB OPTIONS.. mfs will switch ur routine as they like and will put you through hell by making you answer calls, chats and emails all at once and nobody will appreciate your work. nobody will. period....Read More
