Pay and perks are best in industry and the salary cycle is good. Always got the payment on time.

The work hours are worst. Work life balance is almost null in operations. Apart from this, it doesn't matter how many years of experience you have, they will consider the current experience while making any decision for promotion. No team outings are planned.
