NIL work-life balance as you are forced to be in late-night calls. Team members from the USA have too much attitude and are not ready to accept your meeting requests. The office infrastructure is better than other. However, now a days start up are more fancier than Amazon.

The work culture is declining year over year. Management is focusing on quantity than quality. It is good to have a competitive work culture but there is no recognition no matter how much you give in. The expectation is to work for long working hours without any extra pay.

There are some teams in Amazon which are just a resemblance of hell. They will have rotational shifts and and rotational week offs, apart from these two factors, mandatory nights for 10 days in two months. Due to some morons, for their growth they come up with ridiculous challenges and will torture us for attaining it.

Not much growth opportunities and salary is very low for experienced employees which is equivalent to a fresher getting a job for first time. Pay package is way down below here compared to what is a normal or decent pay package in market in current times. Extending work hours is necessary to meet productivity and competition is very high which eventually leads to bad team politics

Poor Management, no proper feedback was given. I have reached out till L5 manager and HR manager regarding my job position, no one really cared about at least listening to my concern.
