Working with amazon was great experience. Work culture is very nice. Company policies are great and they really work great for their employees security. Amazon also gave many benefits to their employees. Just wants to change my job profile otherwise it's Amazing company. If I get chance would like to join again in future.

Dislikes

I really didn't find any major dislikes but sometimes I used to think that they should change some of the rules related to senior people working long, when there is any opportunity for growth.
