Probably the working culture of hirerachy and various training facilities according to the basis of work and it's nature did not help me in order to survive

Unlike typical stereo type multinational companies....amazon is very transperent and has a unique work culture. Never felt insecure regarding my job during this covid pandemic situation. The compensation and bonus is at industry standards ....truly proud to be a part of this great organization!!
