Please visit once to any Amazon office, it's not less than a 5 star hotel and the work culture is awesome, no dress codes, no limit on WFH or leaves, superb work life balance. Great salary and benefits.

Only one, Amazon India is becoming more like operations nowadays and less innovation are taking place due to high work volume, hence it's not allowing the employees to be more innovative.
