Work environment is amazing. Easy to get leaves even in some urgent situation they approve leaves and understand your problems. Respect between colleagues and seniors.

Back to back calls. you won't get a second to breathe. After working for 2 years and clearing an ijp for interim specialist role you will have to take primary calls only in the name. of senior team and business requirements. Salary is lesser than swiggy/ Zomato delivery guys in L2 roles. L3 are also not that satisfied. Hard to get promotions, if you have patience and no pressure to get promoted earlier you can invest 6-7 years. They hire mostly for the contractual roles and fire them even if they are performing well in the name of business requirements that means when sales are over they will fire you if you're not permanent employee saying that thre is no requirement but there existing employees will have to handle that huge call flow. Even the specialist teams bound to take primary calls only. So there is no concept of senior and specialist team. Only managers don't take calls.
