There isn't much to point out about what I like at the moment. This has become a micro management company with not able to contact our managers or have a discussion about growth opportunities. In the past one year 3 managers have been changed. And employees are forced to let go of their promotion due to this factor.

Supportive teammates and very few understanding team managers.

This is about ADS as far I know all the other teams in Amazon are employee friendly. ADS used to be a cool place to work but now a days there a too many unrealistic targets to achieve. You'll be asked to resign if you don't meet the targets. Management is failing to address the issue which is causing the employee to achieve targets.Appraisal is very less to be expected on a company like amazon. You won't learn much working here, in ADS. Highly monotonous job with no career growth. Fast changing work environment there will be random changes in work and 3 months night shift and 3 months day shift. Highly monotonous and frustrating. In recent days employees are being threatened. So much stress and there are things to learn but those things won't be useful out of ADS. Promotions frequency is reduced. In recent days I feel like working in BPO!
