I didn't like my team lead and manager Bhagi simha was my team lead she asked to always practice empathy towards customers but when it came to my sickness there was 0 empaty shown

I didn't like my team lead and the manager. Bhagi Simha was my team lead she was rude, never supports shows no empathy towards me but expects me to be empathize with customers. And the manager was just so racist never understands people always uses position to fire people instead of help only sees one side of the story. I hated this job because of them.
