Alright so let me begin with saying it was a dream come true to work with the company. The company and its quality parameters is customer centric does not in any way help employees to improve on their skills. I was told I have not received any customer reviews for nearly a month due to which my performance data dropped and I was put intp performance improvement plan which by the way was after resolving most of the customer queries I received this came as a unpleasant surprise to me and discouraged me to continue working. Upon PIP I was assured I will receive all support required which wasn't true and I kept progressing further into deep shit. Overall is the case everywhere in the BPO sectors in pune. The higher management doesn't really care. They just wear a mask and fool everyone and serve their own vested interests.
