The workspace is very diverse and there is no such limitation on your growth. You always have opportunity to learn various skills other than just your current position. Growth is not linear. You can find your interests here and gain knowledge about it at any time.

Dislikes

Due to the recent layoffs, the whole organisation is restructured and the possibilities of getting a promotion have decreased.
