Amaltas is good place for me where I am working respective job. I Love the fact that I am a part of a team markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global clients base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

In this college i learned alot, this college is different from other they take care of employees and as well as students. students point of view I think they will learn new things and they can enhance their knowledge .

Dislikes

working hours is more than other college. cl is only 12. No special leave for ladies staff. Also there is no on job fresher training sometimes its hard to deal with them.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
