The company offers a good learning and growth environment. The kind of projects that people work on are very impactful and decide the future course of action for clients. The exposure one gets is really good. Overall from a growth and learning perspective, a good place to be in. As a part of the consulting job, one gets to travel alot. Most of the time things are controlled by the team's managing director. Even though it's a global firm, all the calls for the team are taken by the respective managing director. And more often than not, MDs are interested in maintaining their P&L above everything else. Even though overall salaries are decent (a bit below other strategy consulting firms), the salary structure is not very employee-friendly.
