What I disliked about working at the organization was the deeply entrenched and rigid hierarchical structure. Employees were expected to adhere strictly to predefined roles, stifling creativity and personal growth. The reporting structure was overly complicated, with multiple layers of approvals required even for minor tasks, leading to inefficiency and delays. This structure also created an atmosphere where decisions were made based more on seniority than merit or competence, leaving lower-level employees feeling undervalued and unheard.
