Allstate worst company...only taking interviews not giving them feedback return or anything.. only if you have interview hr calling you 3_4 times to join interview after completed interview hr are not giving any reply or receiving call..waste of time.. this is happens in pune and Mumbai location candidates.

The Work Culture of allstate is really very very amazing and i really enjoyed my tenure at the organization.

The only things i dint like was partiality and favorism attitude of Leads, apart from them it's all good and the salary are bit low

Only I like the payroll and benefits. Like medical benifits and transport.

Sr. Manager not understand the situation of work life balance. They don't know the balance of professional and personal. They know only Target. But not understand the situation of a person. I face so many issue but management not understand. This is not employee centric organization. Employee torcher environment.

To start with it’s the management. No growth opportunity and lot of politics. Also recently, my insurance claim from company got rejected for a very lame reason and because of that had to pay the whole amount from pocket. Company shouldn’t say if that they give insurance to employees if they just want to reject all the claims. In my entire career I never had such a problem with any other company.
