Likes

None. Lots of work pressure. We are all doctors team. Infact very big team. Each and every person has load and load of work pressure. On the other side leads and managers have zero work. Unprofessional leads and managers, of course they are not doctors or skilled in medical field.

Dislikes

Have a big list. Not suitable for doctors and skilled persons. Claims department is horrible. Lots of imbalance in work. Manager and leads have zero work and analysts are fully pressurised with lots of work. Even there is work on Saturday and Sundays. No holidays. They cry if we take even one day leave. Horrible and tortured
