There is compensation is decent, bus growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours and also have to go any time in breakdown even at night.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
