Sadly, the top management sitting at Kota and Bangalore doesn’t pay heed to employee grievances or well being. There is no work life balance, no permanent week offs and long working hours at Digital Vertical. There are numerous reports of unhealthy internal religion biased politics that are detrimental to company and its employees health. There is lack of employee recognition and opportunities for the professional growing within the Allen Digital Vertical.
