Actually enjoying going to my job every day! I love a little bit of everything in fact the management takes care of their employees. ALIF is a company that never makes us feel like we are employees as they help us like we are family to the company. When it comes to company policies they have the best policies as per experience, the job security is at the 1st priory for the employees from ALIF. On a serious note I have never come to an position of disliking the company. They always made us feel comfortable & happy like our 2nd home. I love working over here !!

I work in the position of Business Development Manager as I started my journey with ALIF I was a Inside Sales Representative. With the growth of ALIF and being a BDM of ALIF I have a team of technical experts & sales Representative.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I worked as a SOC Analysts, my time here was not at all worthwhile, partiality and office politics is a constant let down, no proper way to handle things by the manager (Danish khan), I had to face discrimination and targeted because of a certain manager because of petty office politics reason that is not at all work related.
