There is nothing to like. It is a terrible workplace with terrible management.

Dislikes

The work culture is really pathetic. The India Managing Partner prefers to gossip about his team instead of focussing on the team's growth. The management suddenly changes the strategy to execute projects without discussing with the team working on the same and if anything goes wrong with their new strategy, they blame the team for it. They do not believe in team work and always try to pull others down by yelling on them in front of others. The irony is they guide their clients on organisation development and don't know how to do it for themselves....Read More
