Good environment to learn and uplift your skillset.

Dislikes

Too much of micromanagement often hurts the enthusiasm of employees. Officialy it's a five-days-a-week work shecdule, but management pushes employees to work on saturdays, without any compensation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
