Dislikes

The way they identified and fire the people is horrible. Good working and hardworking people they fire and the opposite people are remain as such. The process is not satisfactory for layoff.

No career growth for long time. Payout is very low. If you want to increase your payout switch the company. Alembic is working on old pattern. They're failed to captured market aggressively that's why 21st ranking in India as it's most oldest indian pharmaceutical company.
