Worst place to work for an EHS aspirant. This review is for API2 and I don't want to malign the reputation of any other API unit. Its just that the senior officials (AM & MANAGER) of EHS deptt of API2 unit are not at all supportive. The manager is biased and least supportive. Favouritism is on peak here. No matter how much experience you have or how much knowledge you have, you would be doing only what the manager wants. The AM doesn't respect his juniors and abuses them. He takes credit of your hardwork. He only demotivates and humiliates you in front of others. Never supported me or guided me. Only did complaints to the manager. Rest of the team is very good. The fire team is very well versed with technicalities. But they all are suffering too. Overall, the Safety Dept is made toxic due to the people I mentioned above. So choose wisely. Again, my review is totally and solely for Safety deptt - API2. Rest of the team of API2 is very supportive. They made my 5 month's journey bearable....Read More

Employees at Bangalore's Alembic  (Shreno) will stop at nothing to keep their jobs. This is not a place for growth. No promotions and extremely meager pay increases. extremely hazardous environment. This organization is inferior to roadside contractors and clients. The management lacks a vision.  Employees are not treated properly, and no one should be allowed to work for longer than three or four years. Someone will put in a lot of effort, and someone else will gain a  good reputation.
