Immense & unethical pressure of sales from senior management with unrealistic target. Target growth was around 55% yoy without any genuine base & support. Upper management is totally clueless on this & they are just justifying their jobs by threatening employees with slogans like "do or die". No work life balance, no job security. Employees at Bangalore's Alembic  (Shreno) will stop at nothing to keep their jobs. This is not a place for growth. No promotions and extremely meager pay increases. extremely hazardous environment. This organization is inferior to roadside contractors and clients. The management lacks a vision.  Employees are not treated properly, and no one should be allowed to work for longer than three or four years. Someone will put in a lot of effort, and someone else will gain a  good reputation. No career growth for long time. Payout is very low. If you want to increase your payout switch the company. Alembic is working on old pattern. They're failed to captured market aggressively that's why 21st ranking in India as it's most oldest indian pharmaceutical company.
