I recently completed my first internship at Alea Consulting, a trusted Risk Mitigation and Investigative Consulting firm. This experience was part of my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program after finishing my first year. As a marketing intern, my role involved supporting the team with lead generation. I found the overall experience to be positive. The people in my team were cooperative and willing to help, which made the learning process smoother. My supervisor was particularly supportive, offering guidance and feedback that helped me understand the complexities of marketing in the consulting industry. During the internship, I gained valuable insights into how a consulting firm operates and analysis in mitigating risks for clients. Nothing worthy of liking. They will pretend they're like a family, but they all are fake. You'll get to know as soon as you resign.

Dislikes

Everything. No transparency, they won't tell you any clauses in the contract before the day of joining so that they can trap you. They won't let you join big 4 after you leave the company. They will call their every work as confidential even though the work they do shouldn't be that confidential if their work is legal. Your paycheck will depend upon your social status.
