There is nothing to like in this company as there is no any training facility, no career growth, they hold salary for months, travel allowances are not cleared for months, nothing to learn, work life balance is good as no any professional work to do so that you have enough time to spend on your personal life, company hold your all dues like salary, ta or any other allowances at the time of resign and will not clear the same. I have to be paid my 398473 since last December 2017....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
