Work environment & culture is ok. If You have interest in learning languages we can learn here. The salary will be credited in time.

The management is not all supportive to the employees. They never stand up with the commitments that are committed by the company in written before joining. If you are expecting any growth in your career it’s must be a daydream. No week offs & no incentives, uniform will be your own. Unexpected transfers from branch to branch you have to attend the duty on the same day. Last but not the least the tea boys & drivers have most commands than the sales team & incharges....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
