compensation is decent but growth is little slow.

generally speaking, my work is slightly busy as I have look after entire local banks reconciliation and funding arrangement from overdraft banks within short time schedule.

Higher Management doesn’t treat an employee as an Employee… I have found that company lacks effective communication and transparency in its decision making processes. This often leads to confusion and uncertainty among employees regarding company policy and future directions.
