The Companys performance has been rapidly declining mainly as its poorly managed resulting in huge debts and losing the distribution of the major international partners The operations management are without vision for the market, no systems or processes,unprofessional work culture ,no business strategy,after support is totally unreliable as the service personnel are not technically qualified.The Company has been slumping into financial issues as there are no proper financial audits or controls in place to check the transactions.
