Al Raffah is a nice place to work in. They have been consistent in taking care of our safety by providing PPE kits to all healthcare workers.

Dislikes

Unfortunately for the new management, times are tough, and they are struggling to stay aboard. We have undergone cut downs, which were sustainable...however salary cuts for frontline staff especially all nurses, needed to be more sensitively managed. Layoffs during this phase has created a lot of insecurity amongst the staff, which,like the current scenario, is unprecedented. Anyways, looking forward to better times...hope we can make it turn around, together....Read More

It was a wonderful organisation to work Before. Recent past management is changed and they are not bothered abt employees. Not supporting financially or mentally to over come these covid time. Forcing employees to resign in one day notice and asking to go for long leaves

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
