Poor Management by the company, without providing proper resource pressuring to the work fast and the project Manager Balaji is an useless fellow simple sit in Office and buying shares in the share market. If we ask for any solution or idea he don't know about anything and he will tell that I don't know but finish it fast, if we finish and find the solution & after finishing the work he will report to the Management and will take the credit.
