Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! To Date, February 2022 to this month 8th salary Pending. Visa not renewed -10th months(21-Oct-22 visa completed) I Inform Managers and Higher Authority through Email & Verbally but no action. Company Terminated and cancelled people are staying at camp, waiting for salary+End benefits more than 6 months. I am received 3 Offers from Other company but due to the Visa renewal Pending and Insurance Pending big fines / penalties....Read More
