Its hoist work and management good but oil & gas project ODC not good.

Dislikes

Working as Hydro testing in Al Baraka is not good. Site construction team will not follow the PDO standards and management just blame to HT Engineer.Its very risky to work in Al-Baraka because if any major incident happened then blame will come to HT engineer only. No one will support during operation either by material or manpower.

Job freedom and systematic working procedure and working procedure as per PDO specification. Timely salary. Senior staff get separate accommodation and junior staff get 2 empl. In one room. Overall good. Job is secure. Food quality is average.

Almost no Career grouth is very slow. It should be improve. As I think it is PDO Main Contractor so Promotion is base on PDO approval for senior staff.

Work life is very good. I worked there more then 4 year as a Mechanical QC Inspector. Specially good for quality people. Company follow the PDO specification and approved work procedure.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
