First of all the name is changed from Alwani to SIAFA DATES. This my 14th year with this company and I was awarded with the opportunity to establish the brand locally involve into major management decisions and (Alhamdulillah) I could do it successfully. Today SIAFA DATES is the top most brand in Saudia Dates. I hold a very centralized position and privileges in the company because of the following points: Working as a General Manager, apart from brand development in Saudi Arabia, I designed and implemented major policies, in HR, Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance & Local Procurement. The Owners are part of the team and they work with the team as regular employees, which is one of the major part of our success. The whole team is dedicated unless some unwanted elements remain in the company as it normally happens in many companies. The compensation policy is totally at the discretion of the owners, hence remains imbalanced and looks discriminate. Yet people working from long time do carry on attitude.
