Disconnected Appraisal and Feedback System. Less scope for career growth if your from BI or DE. Employee-HR interactions are very executive in nature (almost no interactions). Onshore downsizing happened recently (check news), not sure when offshore (GBS IN) is going to happen (it’s obvious—merging may get duplicate records :)).

Not exactly downside or dislike about AkzoNobel, but since AkzoNobel is Manufacturing company, people coming from traditional IT background may notice difference IT Processes overall development pace.

Dynamic work culture they are not doing micro management like no you need to come to office etc etc. the hybrid model is good which save company as well as employee time both reducing travel time.

Healthy work life balance, very good leave policy, nice gifts policy for Diwali & Xmas, Bonus % is good, improved infrastructure, very good 50k OPD policy, improved working applications.

Dislikes

No transportation & Food facilities, Favoritism at middle management level, Employee + Parental insurance is a bit expensive.
