I am jobless during covid19 they fired me through Covid19 lockdown .I request alot to them but they didn't understand my side . I need that job but they didn't listen my side. Even I'm still jobless. I don't want to write this feedback but after so many request I did .I found no mercy to me

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
