My overall experience with Aktivolabs was great. I have worked there for more than 2 yrs. - Work is great and very dynamic. It's a fast-paced culture which I personally loved. - Teams are working on some of the latest, cutting-edge tech. Teams have great synergy. - Management is very supportive and backs you up when you take a strategic call. Work-life balance is good, but do not expect it to be like an MNCs. If you are the owner and something goes wrong you are expected to see through it. But this is a start-up & the benefits are also in multiple folds. So hard work pays.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
