I felt there is a good work-life balance. You have the freedom to switch to a different project and your manager cannot stop unless it is very critical. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
