Ajanta is good house ,but there is politics among some of senior sales team managers who have grasped seat like govt officers, dont want to grow or dont want to leave the chair so always remove lowerside employees

The company is very good. I feel like getting promoted in this company, but the company manager is not good at all. Where there is no sales at all, There too, a target of 1.34 lakh has been given. And they say achieve the target anyhow, we don't know how you will do it. This clearly means that make cuts, or else leave the job.

Dislikes

Sale pressure, They are threatened of being fired from their jobs. And they themselves say that they will add more jobs if they cannot achieve their targets. They do not get any support from any manager in increasing sales.

Ajanta pharma it is good company.... I am worked in ajanta pharma more then 8 years... Because of teem understanding and supporting..... Money purpose it's good.... But now some targets is more in cardiac divisions.. Employe Oreanted company.... Once I will get Operchunity to work ajanta I will ready to work....

There is freedom to work and the coordination between the departments for any related work is very good and job security also good.

There is no provision and policy for accidental insurance etc. There is no bonus system. The salary structure is not good for the fresher candidates as per their qualification.

Overall Good culture. Some teams performing well but most of the divisions struggle to achieve the targets. Marketing budget is very less and can plan limited activities only.

Dislikes

Hiring in marketing team as a Bench and sending them in any divison is not good. Changing divisons of people without consent. Growth is limited
