Formulation Development managers are rude and egoistic. Even if you don't have much work they will force you to come call on Saturdays just to satisfy there ego. 5 days working and healthy work-life is just a fake promise. HR policies are rubbish they won't even listen to your genuine problems. Very bad place for female employees they won't even consider your work because you are a girl.

Everything... Mainly the manager ask us to leave the job due to no projects. Job safety isn't there for the working people. And mainly during emergency issues they don't allow or give us work from home options which made us face more worst during our work culture. It's not recommended to work in that company. Low appraisals
