I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Everything... Mainly the manager ask us to leave the job due to no projects. Job safety isn't there for the working people. And mainly during emergency issues they don't allow or give us work from home options which made us face more worst during our work culture. It's not recommended to work in that company. Low appraisals
