everything is good at working in aizant and for project trainees it is a good oppurtuinity and we can have a healthy environment with our team members.

in my opinion it is good at working with aizant but w'll have little stress in the work

Everything... Mainly the manager ask us to leave the job due to no projects. Job safety isn't there for the working people. And mainly during emergency issues they don't allow or give us work from home options which made us face more worst during our work culture. It's not recommended to work in that company. Low appraisals
