Formulation Development managers are rude and egoistic. Even if you don't have much work they will force you to come call on Saturdays just to satisfy there ego. 5 days working and healthy work-life is just a fake promise. HR policies are rubbish they won't even listen to your genuine problems. Very bad place for female employees they won't even consider your work because you are a girl.

My experience is worst, only people can survive with reference of HOD's, especially females who entertain their boss...Sri Harsha QA HOD,sunil,Vital QC,worst persons.If any person without strong reference they will suck the blood of that fellow.even HR knows these all.I dint get one thing, why to conduct walkin nd all beter to recruit their own family members.
