I was working under litigation team which was managed by a law firm back at US, this is only the good thing. I worked in Gurgaon office at night time which was entirely managed by their office in Vadodara. The major issue was with the management in India. The headoffice is at Vadodara in India where there is only sheer politics and favouritism was there. Particularly the team lead at Vadodara office was very unprofessional who knew nothing about the process, the trainer was also unprofessional who new nothing about how to train the team members. The management do not value people there, they say one thing and do the opposite. Just because they hired me to work in their Gurgaon office they were never keen to train or give any information about the process. Dislikes

No scope of growth was there. Managers don't value people there particularly in my process. They say one thing and then do the other. They follow hire and fire rule. It is one of the worst managed company I have ever seen.
