Very good work environment. Colleagues were supportive and also Management. Company policies were good. They give good salary and hike every year, performance related pay extra allowances and medical facility was excellent.

Dislikes

There was nothing in the name of dislike.

Work Details

The job was challenging but interesting. I learned a lot on the job. I got a chance to work in different airports all over India and specially at Leh Airport where temperature was upto minus 26 deg C.

Although it's a central government ( U.T) Still the management is always active to update and refresh its core policies and Recruitment in all wings, training procedure, modernization of tender process, introduction SOPs in the operational system, following guidelines internally( AAI), national (DGCA/ BCAS) and international level ( ICAO)

Dislikes

More proper training procedures are required for it's civil and electrical wings like ATM and CNS wings to cope up with the growing demand to maintain international standard.
