Good working environment and culture. Company policies are good and good salary hike every 6 months.

Dislikes

Salary is decent due to covid 19 salary may reduces and job secure is in problem.

Work Details

I was joined in AAI as a DGR (EX SERVICE MAN)contract basis w.e.f.2013 as joined as hindi typist in southern region head quarters, chennai in 2 years. In Chennai Airport I worked 6 years as a admi clerk supervisor on contract basis.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
