Stop doing 9 to 8 hours 10 hours 11 hours shift after that he is coming on next as well he is doing overtime but he got his basics salary to it is not good thing we are also working for the money and you are taking lots of time from this staff

I like to every staff give 100% and calicks is supporting and i learned so many thinks is the best platform for learning.

Dislikes

I dont like company police like salary increment and thay not provide males staff cab facility event at night and if any male staff work in afternoon shift and thay work late night on that time also not provide cab thay not give leave on time when staff need only senior leave approve.

The cab facility is very much convenient, staff can save one side expense.

Dislikes

Not much appraisals, sometimes not meeting the staff satisfaction level. While working here as a TATA employee.. Won't be able to apply in other TATA airlines. Poor resignation policy, staff need to serve three months notice period on the basis of LOE.. And if want to resign instant, no clearance would be given and have to pay three months amount to the company. 😒😕
