Company is very good but there is no promotion we cannot jump to Tata do Tata another department

Company is very good but there is no promotions to the employees there give the promotion only for they need employees that's why I don't like the this type of rules in the company

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
